Delete Your Envelopes Account
If you can sign in, the fastest path is inside the app: Menu -> Sign in / Sync -> Delete cloud account. That deletes your cloud login, synced budget, sessions, and recovery code.
Your local budget on a phone or computer stays on that device until you reset the app or remove its local data.

Use this form if you no longer have the app installed or cannot get to the in-app account screen. We may need to confirm the request by replying to the email address on the account.
What gets deleted
- Your cloud account email and login record.
- Your synced budget stored in the Envelopes cloud database.
- Your active sessions and recovery code.
- Your free-account marker, if one exists.
Support messages may be kept without the account email when needed to track product issues.
